On Oracle Big Data Appliance Mammoth Installation Fails with NameNode not Formatted Error (Doc ID 2044031.1)

On Oracle Big Data Appliance , mammoth installation fails at step 10 or 11 during starting HDFS services

In Cloudera Manager , both HDFS , Yarn are BAD health and both Namenodes are down .

Came across below errors in Namenode log file hadoop-cmf-hdfs-NAMENODE-bdanode0x.log.out
