ORA-600 [kdsgrp1] Reported When Selecting from a Table with a LOB Column (Doc ID 2044158.1)

Symptoms

ORA-00600 [kdsgrp1] errors encountered when selecting from a table with a LOB. The block dump in the trace file written by the error can be seen to contain a LOB Locator:

 

The statement 'analyze table <tablename> validate structure cascade', when run against the table owning the affected block, reports no errors.
