Symptoms
Using PL/SQL Developer and Dg4ODBC to select from MySQL the 'where' clause in a SQL statement is dropped and the query takes a long time to run.
When using the same SQL and DG4ODBC instance from SQLPLUS or Oracle SQL*Developer then the 'where' clause is not dropped.
