While upgrading a database to 12c, you may encounter one or more of the following errors , if Oracle Label Security (OLS) is installed in the source database.

PL/SQL: ORA-00942: table or view does not exist   
ORA-04045: errors during recompilation/revalidation of SYS.UTL_RECOMP
ORA-04067: not executed, package body "LBACSYS.LBAC_EVENTS" does not exist
ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called:"LBACSYS.LBAC_EVENTS"
ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called:"SYS.UTL_RECOMP"
