it indicates the latest patches that needs to be installed for the SES 11.2.2.2 environment:

You can download the mandatory software patches for the Oracle SES 11.2.2.2 software from My Oracle Support at https://support.oracle.com.

After installing the Oracle SES 11.2.2.2 software, install the following patch:

- Oracle SES 11.2.2.2 bundle patch 5 (patch 19712537)

    Note:
    When installing bundle patch 5, specify the installer to rollback the earlier bundle patch.

- Oracle SES 11.2.2.2 overlay patches 20893847, 19468532, 21498471, and 21577154

Yet, for the Microsoft Windows 64 bit platform, the second patch in the list : patch 19468532   is not available at the moment.
