Symptoms

Symptom 1:

         After installing a later PSU release onto an installation containing an earlier PSU release, datapatch reports there is nothing to install or rollback.  For example, after installing 12.1.0.2.4 DBPSU on a 2 node RAC installation which originally has 12.1.0.2.3 DBPSU installed.
