DBFS Resource starts on individual node but not on all nodes in the cluster (Doc ID 2053998.1)

Symptoms

DBFS clusterware resource only starts only on individual node but not on ALL nodes in the cluster.

 

Works when specifying the (-n) for an individual node ==>> ./crsctl start res dbfs_direct -n <node01>

Does not work when trying to start up dbfs on all nodes in the cluster ==>> ./crsctl start res dbfs_direct
