Symptoms

11gR2 Grid Infrastructure with 4 private network adapters, HAIP fails to start during private network cable pull test:

 

Clusterware alert

<Gi_HOME>/bin/orarootagent.bin(4981182)]CRS-5027:Agent failed to initialize ARP devices required for starting the HAIP resource
