After setting immutable bit with chattr, orapki fails to change wallet password with "PKI-02003: Unable to load the wallet" (Doc ID 2060801.1)

Attempting to change a TDE wallet password with orapki fails with:

PKI-02003: Unable to load the wallet at: /u01/app/oracle/admin/DB_NAME/wallet

Additionally, any attempt to rename/remove the auto-login wallet (cwallet.sso) fails at the operating system level, even when performed by root:

[root@myhost]# rm cwallet.sso
rm: remove write-protected regular file 'cwallet.sso'? yes
rm: cannot remove 'cwallet.sso': Operation not permitted
