Symptoms Oracle Restart fails on IBM AIX using JFS2 file system for GI home:

Screen output

2016/10/06 14:40:01 CLSRSC-214: Failed to start the resource 'ohasd'

Failed to start the Clusterware. Last 20 lines of the alert log follow:

2016/10/06 14:40:01 CLSRSC-318: Failed to start Oracle OHASD service

Died at /oragrid/12102/crs/install/ line 3041.
