Login to SES Administration GUI with User Searchsys Fails with Error "Unable to resolve 'jdbc.SearchAdminDS'. Resolved 'jdbc'; remaining name 'SearchAdminDS'" (Doc ID 2063528.1)

Symptoms

After installing SES 11.2.2.2 using mode 2 option i.e.  (Install and Configure Oracle Secure Enterprise Search with Middle Tier (on an Existing Database),

when trying to login to the SES Administration GUI http://:/search/admin/control/login.jsp with 'searchsys' user, the login fails and the progress bar on Internet Explorer seems to be busy within an eternal loop.

The installation though completed successfully, the logs may have the below error:
