ORA-7445 [__intel_new_memcpy] Trying to Select From V$PWFILE_USERS (Doc ID 2064078.1)

Symptoms

A select from V$PWFILE_USERS fails with next errors in the alert log:

ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [kghalf()+244] [SIGSEGV] [ADDR:0xFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF0] [PC:0x91925D0] [Address not mapped to object] []
...
ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [__intel_new_memcpy()+5409] [SIGSEGV] [ADDR:0x7F884C691000] [PC:0x4364BF1] [Invalid permissions for mapped object] []


The current sql from the trace file is similar to:

select USERNAME,SYSDBA,SYSOPER from v$pwfile_users


The call stack from the incident trace file shows functions like:
