Symptoms
Below errors seen in alert log file.
ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [_kaio()+10] [unknown signal] [ADDR:0x0] [PC:0xFFFF80FFBDBFA41A] [unknown code] []
ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [_syscall6()+27] [unknown signal] [ADDR:0x0] [PC:0xFFFF80FFBDBFB2CB] [unknown code] []
Subsequently instance terminated with below messages.
Termination issued to instance processes. Waiting for the processes to exit
Instance termination failed to kill one or more processes
Instance terminated by ARC1, pid = 29473
