"PL/SQL: ORA-16224: Database Guard is enabled" raised by DBUA utility during upgrade using Transient Logical Standby (Doc ID 2064807.1)

Symptoms

After starting the DBUA utility, error "PL/SQL: ORA-16224: Database Guard is enabled" it is repetitively returned in the trace.log file after thicking "Set User Tablespaces to Read Only during Upgrade" check box. The upgrade method used it is "Upgrade using Transient Logical Standby".
