Symptoms
While performing Rolling upgrade using Transient Logical Standby, One method for Fallback is creating a Restore Point
before converting the Physical to Logical Standby. If needed this Restore Point can be used to go back to Physical Standby
Steps to fallback are :
When MRP is started, it should start applying the shipped Redo logs from the Primary, but it waits with the below messages:

MRP0: Background Media Recovery waiting for new incarnation during transient logical upgrade procedure
ORA-19906: recovery target incarnation changed during recovery
