On Oracle Big Data Appliance , Setup of ASR Fails with mammoth/bdacli (Doc ID 2069610.1)

Symptoms

On Oracle Big Data Appliance , setting up ASR fails with below error 

INFO: Setting up ASR on all nodes. This will take some time ...
INFO: Puppet script successfully sent to node <HOSTNAME1>
.........
INFO: Pinging puppet agents ..
INFO: Puppet agent run on node <HOSTNAME1> completed successfully..

 bdanode01 puppet-master[25675]: (//<HOSTNAMEx>//Stage[main]/Asr::Setupasr/Exec[setup_asr_trap]/returns) change from notrun to 0 failed: Command exceeded timeout

 Manually executing below command to check on what BDA nodes ASR subscribers are present returns empty value for the BDA server number which failed with 'Command exceeded timeout'
