InnoDB shows bad performance;
INNODB STATUS shows that long ACTIVE transactions exists;
InnoDB purge thread doesn't progress, i.e. INNODB STATUS shows number after "Purge done for trx's n:o" much smaller than ""Trx id counter" and "state: running but idle" , e.g.:
