Unable to Connect SQL Developer To Hive on Secure Oracle Big Data Appliance from Windows Server with Cross-Realm Trust (Doc ID 2071846.1)

Symptoms

Unable to connect to Oracle Big Data Appliance (BDA) secure cluster with SQL Developer 4.1.1 and getting the following error when connecting from a Windows Server. The Kerberos is using Cross-Realm Trust:

Error initialized or created transport for authentication: CONN_KERBEROS_AUTHENTICATION_ERROR_GET_TICKETCACHE' can be resolved by ensuring a valid ticket cache(use klist command) for the OS user is present that is executing the java code.
