Symptoms

User gets errors when running some clusterware related commands on an active standby pair that is part of a cache grid.  

User in this case got: Error: Could not get Grid attached active with stopped replication agent

This error shows up in ttmesg.log: error: TT3334: Specified IP address and port number combination has been used -- file "bdbCacheGrid.c", lineno 912, procedure "ttBDbCGAddNodeInfo()"?
