CRS Processes Periodically Restart In Some Cluster Nodes in 12.1.0.2 (Doc ID 2074515.1)

Symptoms

In 12.1.0.2 Grid Infrastructure environment, periodically, in all cluster nodes, some processes restart. The processes are crsd orarootagent.bin, crsd oraagent.bin and crsd.bin.
