Symptoms

The Oracle Database Appliance (ODA) system is running GI 12.1.0.2.  After recently updating the GI home to 12.1.0.2.5, the error “CRS-4535: Cannot communicate with Cluster Ready Services” started generating on one of the two nodes:

 

Changes

The Grid Infrastructure (GI) home was recently upgraded to 12.1.0.2.5.
