Goal

Connection to TimesTen database fails with error: '8502: Error 600 Initializing PLSQL_MEMORY'.

tterrors.log will have a message like this: 01:00:06.50 Err : SRV: 19517: 140347469526816: EventID=17| Connect failed for client: jdoe (jdoe.DOMAIN_NAME); IP address: 10.30.30.179; Client PID: 16105; DSN: TT_DB; UID: ttuser; SQL State: S1000; Error: [TimesTen][TimesTen 11.2.2.8.8 ODBC Driver][TimesTen]TT8502: Error 600 initializing PLSQL_MEMORY -- file "db.c", lineno 12800, procedure "sbDbConnect"
