Symptoms

On : 11.2.0.4 version, Internals Errors (ORA-600 & ORA-7445)

When attempting to use DataPump export (expdp) the following error is reported in the alert log:

Exception [type: SIGSEGV, Address not mapped to object] [ADDR:0x7F082020202A] [PC:0x8C1078D, kaf4reasrp0km()+495] [flags: 0x0, count: 1]
...
ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [kaf4reasrp0km()+495] [SIGSEGV] [ADDR:0x7F082020202A] [PC:0x8C1078D] [Address not mapped to object] []

 
The trace file shows the failing sql as a creation of an external table.

For example:
