Goal
A SQL Tuning Set (STS) may contain multiple executions of a SQL statement with different bind variables. The STS is used as the input for the workload to be processed by SQL Performance Analyzer (SPA).
How are these Bind Sets used by SPA? Does SPA execute the SQL statement for each Bind Set? If not, which Bind Values are used by SPA?
