Symptoms

Applies to cluster and single instance standby database.

In 12c EM Cloud Control, verify Data Guard Configuration return error.

Navigate to:

Targets -> Databases -> Availability -> Data Guard Administration -> Verify Configuration
or
Targets -> Databases -> Availability -> Verify Data Guard Configuration

and see the following error on the Data Guard Administration page
