Symptoms

Trying to create new ACL using DBMS_NETWORK_ACL_ADMIN.CREATE_ACL results in the below error:

ORA-00604: error occurred at recursive SQL level 1
ORA-29881: failed to validate indextype
ORA-06512: at "SYS.DBMS_NETWORK_ACL_ADMIN", line 252
ORA-06512: at line 2

 No changes. while creating new ACL using DBMS_NETWORK_ACL_ADMIN.CREATE_ACL procedure.
