During expdp following error was encountered:

ORA-31693: Table data object "<SCHEMA>"."<TABLE_NAME>" failed to load/unload and is being skipped due to error:
ORA-02354: error in exporting/importing data
ORA-08186: invalid timestamp specified
ORA-06512: at "SYS.TIMESTAMP_TO_SCN", line 1

No FLASHBACK parameters used for this expdp job.

Start time of expdp and end time of expdp were having different date (and an unexpected/incorrect order) though the process as such spent very little time:

Start time per log - Export: Release - Production on Sun Nov 22 05:09:02 2015
End time per log - Job "SYS"."SYS_EXPORT_TABLE_01" completed with 6 error(s) at Sat Nov 21 08:09:38 2015 elapsed 0 00:00:32

The ORA-08186 error was traced and the failing SQL from the trace file was as below which runs fine (replacing bind variables with their values) when run from Sqlplus:

DST patching was done recently at OS level and the expdp fails only for newly added tables after that.
