Primary database reports the following: 

ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [rfmdoteardown()+146] [SIGSEGV] [ADDR:0x0] [PC:0x4908704] [Address not mapped to object] []
Incident details in: /local/app/oracle/diag/rdbms/orcl/ORCL/incident/incdir_504274/ORCL_dmon_2410_i504274.trc
Use ADRCI or Support Workbench to package the incident.

Restarting Data Guard Broker (DMON)
