av.collector.ERROR_SENDING_RECORDS_TO_SERVER

In the log files you may find this error:

ORA-03233: unable to extend table AVSYS.EVENT_LOG subpartition ILM_000000002979_000122_0551 by 1024 in tablespace AV_ILM_0563_0575
