Partition Pruning not taking place for Virtual column (Doc ID 2089496.1)

Symptoms

Partitioned table based on virtual column which is defined on some
other column of same table.Querying the same column,does not make use of partition pruning.

 From the output we see "Pstart| Pstop |" shows searching partitions from 1 to 5.
