Changes

First error is reported due to incorrect user configuration. The db_recovery_file_dest_size apparently is set to a value larger than the real  amount of space the disk has. This in turn caused the disk to be full, which
in turn caused I/O errors and no space error.

ORA-00600[krfg_mgen_coord2] just means we tried to broadcast  instances for 10 times and all failed. This could trigger because of the first error reported due I/O and space.
