Goal

How to make use of the new Oracle Big Data Spatial and Graph v1.1 utility that returns a list of edge IDs (integers) that reference one or two ghost vertices (i.e. vertices that do not exist in the vertex table). 

The note gives the steps to enable the utility and then disable it when finished.
