ORA-600 [KSSRMP1] and ORA-17502 Running RMAN Backup to Direct NFS (Doc ID 2094406.1)

Symptoms

During RMAN backup, below error is reported in the alert log of all the databases.
The backup is running in the attached ZFS file system and the rman backup hangs midway.

Direct NFS: NFSERR 70 Stale file handle provided. Server <SERVER_NAME> path <PATH>
Errors in file <diagnostic_dest>/diag/rdbms/<dbname>/<instname>/trace/<instname>_ora_13626.trc (incident=216705) (PDBNAME=CDB$ROOT):
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [KSSRMP1], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], []
ORA-17502: ksfdcre:3 Failed to create file .../arch/<dbname>_ARCH_12132015_1_11228_898336916
