Memory Leak Using Managed ODP.NET Driver To Retrieve CLOB Column (Doc ID 2094830.1)

Symptoms

Memory leak is observed when using Managed ODP.NET driver 12.1.0.2.8 to retrieve data from a CLOB column. The issue is not seen while using Unmanaged ODP.NET driver 12.1.0.2.8 

To reproduce the issue -

1. Create a table with one of its column data type as CLOB

 

Changes

 Managed ODP.NET driver 12.1.0.2.8 used to connect Oracle database.
