Symptoms

Core dumps generated and OS log messages indicating a connection to oracle, such as the ones below:

tabsdb03-hb kernel: oracle[22682]: segfault at 00002aaf7fefd880 rip 00002aaf7fefd880 rsp 00007fffda9e2188 error 14

There are no ORA-600 or ORA-7445 errors in alert log file.
