Incremental Crawl Failing When The Source Includes A Content That Failed To Crawl With EQG-30123 (Doc ID 2097744.1)

Symptoms

When crawling a NTFS source that includes a content which failed to crawl due to filtering error (EQG-30123), following incremental crawls won't be working.

While the issue occurs, it seems to loop in failing to crawl that content instead of checking new/updated contents for incremental crawl.

The expected behavior is to have the incremental crawl performed by skipping the failed contents.
