Symptoms

Manually discovering the BDA 4.* release on EM UI fails with below errors on step1 when CM access is being verified

Discovering BDA Network Hardware Components Task -Failed  ...
java.net.ConnectException: Tried All: '1' addresses, but could not connect over HTTP to server: '<FQDN-BDA-Node3>', port:'7180'


OR

Discovering BDA Network Hardware Components Task - Failed.
java.net.ProtocolException: Unsupported protocol: https'
