Symptoms
The alert log and the incident trace file reports with the following errors:
ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [nstimexp()+45] [SIGSEGV] [ADDR:0x58] [PC:0x7F41107] [Address not mapped to object] []
The failing functions and the call stack in the trace file shows functions like:
