Symptoms

Configuring Enterprise Users Security (EUS) with Oracle Internet Directory (OID), configured for SSL.

ldapbind with wallet to OID SSL port fails.

The oidldapd.log shows:

gslsflnNegotiateSSL: SSL Hand Shake failed 28863
SSL Hand Shake Timedout
Unknown Error Encountered
