Symptoms
Most of the SYSAUX tablespace is consumed by partitions of tables WRH$_LATCH, WRH$_SYSSTAT, and WRH$_PARAMETER within the SYS schema, as seen from the output of the "$ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/admin/awrinfo.sql" script.
Changes
There are no recent changes. The excess consumption of space within the SYSAUX tablespace has accumulated over time.
