Purpose

This article should help you, the customer, to log a Service Request with Oracle Support which contains all the information we will need in order to expedite the resolution of your problem. It should mean that, when a performance problem is hit that you can bring all the information required in a single session and before, minimise the need for you to reproduce the problem after it is first hit.
