AWR snapshots are currently setup to be taken at 1hr intervals on the top of the hour. This can be configured to take a preset number of snapshots in a day, typically 24 or 48 times (on the hour and half hr), but there are times when one might want to get an AWR report that encompasses a non-standard window (perhaps to troubleshoot some performance problem happening over some 20 minute time period after hours). For example: You have a certain performance hit every night starting at 7:15 and ending around 7:35. With the standard snapshots, your report would include all activity from 7pm to 8pm.  In order to get a report that is specific to that 20min time period, you would need to get a snapshot just before and another snapshot just after. The question is: How to create those snapshots since the automatic snapshot creation can not be configured to such granularity?
