The data length of output parameter is truncated while using Oracle ODBC driver when it is of type SQL_VARCHAR or SQL_WVARCHAR.
The issue is identified in Oracle Client 188.8.131.52.
The data length was 36 in earlier versions (184.108.40.206 and lower versions). With Oracle Client 220.127.116.11 it became 18.
Upgraded Oracle ODBC driver (Oracle Client) from 18.104.22.168 (or lower version) to 22.214.171.124
