Oakcli Validate -c SystemComponents,NetworkComponents Generates Errors on Second Node While Individual Components Show No Errors (Doc ID 2101740.1)

Running validate on node 2 we got the below error. However, node1 is fine.

oakcli validate -c SystemComponents,NetworkComponents,asr

Related: Validation of SYSTEMCOMPONENTS is failing however individual components like OSDiskStorage / SharedStorage may not report any issues.
