Symptoms

 After application of PSU patch 10.2.0.5.19 and later run of
Catbundle script got struck at "execute dbms_registry.loaded('SDO')

OR

After applying the RU patch executing datapatch got struck while executing "execute dbms_registry.loaded('SDO')
