After ODA Upgrade to 12.1.2.5 /var/log/messages File Contains init: Id "o2" respawning too fast: (Doc ID 2103744.1)

ODA VM configuration:

On startup, DOM0 Console displays 'INIT: Id "o2" respawning too fast: disabled for 5 min'

and the /var/log/messages file contains same statement also:

init: Id "o2" respawning too fast: disabled for 5 minutes

The "o2" is defined in inittab as:

o2:35:respawn:/opt/oracle/oak/bin/oakAgentMonitor.py run >/dev/null 2>&1

The file "/opt/oracle/oak/bin/oakAgentMonitor.py" does not exist.
