Symptoms

After the system time is automatically adjusted by 1 hour due to DST (Daylight Savings Time) change, the time logged in the crsd.log and crsd.trc file is different from the system time by one hour.

In other words, the time logged in the ohasd.trc, ohasd.log, ocssd.log, ocssd.trc, crsd.log, crsd.trc  etc. files does not reflect the DST change.  Other logs like database alert.log do not show same problem

Changes
