 Rman backup or restore fails with below error in Enterprise Edition or Standard Edition

RMAN> allocate channel for maintenance device type disk;
RMAN> crosscheck backup;
RMAN> run {

RMAN-06909: WARNING: parallelism require Enterprise Edition
