With the Partitioning, Real Application Clusters, Automatic Storage Management, OLAP,

ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error
No log file is generated in this case.
Setting event="6502 trace name errorstack level 12" and capturing the ORA-06502 trace, this shows only limited information like:
