ORA-4036 Raised When Querying V$UNIFIED_AUDIT_TRAIL

Querying V$UNIFIED_AUDIT_TRAIL to fetch the unified audit records returns:

ORA-4036: PGA memory used by the instance exceeds PGA_AGGREGATE_LIMIT

A memory leak is observed every time a select query is fired on V$UNIFIED_AUDIT_TRAIL.
If you keep querying from V$UNIFIED_AUDIT_TRAIL repeatedly in a session (see example below), we get ORA-4036 at times this memory leak hits the PGA_AGGREGATE_LIMIT value:
